These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the QuickMove ("QM") platform.
QuickMove is a software platform designed to facilitate digital workflows, communication and document exchange in connection with property-related legal transactions.
QuickMove does not provide legal services or legal advice and is not a firm of solicitors.
All legal services accessed through transactions facilitated by the QM platform are provided exclusively by independent firms of solicitors, who are separately regulated and engaged by you under their own letters of engagement and terms of business.
Nothing on the QM platform constitutes legal advice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
Any legal fee quote generated through the QM platform is subject to acceptance and is governed by separate terms agreed at quote stage. Final legal services are governed by the solicitor's engagement documentation.
While QM endeavours to ensure continuity of service, availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
QM shall not be liable for legal advice, legal services, or outcomes of legal transactions. QM's liability is limited to losses arising directly from platform malfunction, to the extent permitted by law.
QM processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Further details are set out in the QM Privacy Notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
