Users are free to choose their own solicitor. Use of the QM platform does not restrict or influence that choice.
Solicitors are solely responsible for the legal services they provide. QM is not responsible for legal advice, professional judgment or regulatory compliance of solicitors.
Where legal services are accessed via QM, the identity of the solicitor providing those services will be clearly disclosed to the client.
